Proposals and quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days and cover the scope described in the written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payments
Projects are billed by milestone as agreed in the proposal. Work on each milestone begins once the previous payment is received.
Ownership
After final payment you own the source code, database design and project assets created for you.
Warranty and support
Each package includes a post-launch support period for fixing defects. Ongoing maintenance is available on a monthly retainer.
Liability
Services are provided with professional care, and liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project.
